Hardware/Manufacturer Warranty Guide

A one-year manufacturer warranty is provided for all hardware products purchased directly from ozsupplycentre.com.au. For the relevant applicable warranty policy for the chosen hardware brand /product, please visit the brand’s designated website. Products returned after 28 calendar days will be processed according to the manufacturers’ warranty cover and will be shipped directly to the manufacturer for a replacement to be issued. If more information is warranted, please do contact us directly at sales@ozsupplycentre.com.au


What is not covered under our warranty? 

  • Wear and tear of the product due to normal usage. 
  • Our warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, and any accident.
  • Usage of the product other than for its intended purpose.
  • The product that has been modified or altered
  • Any damage caused by unauthorized or improper repair or maintenance

 

Faulty/ Defective Goods – will be replaced only if returned within 28 days from the dispatch day.

Whenever customers receive goods in a faulty or defective condition, they must lodge a complaint within 28 calendar days through the ‘Returns’ tab for refund/ exchange.  Where no issue has been raised and the time frame of 28 days has been exceeded, returns will only be processed under the terms of the Manufacturers’ Warranty (See above).

Goods should be returned with their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the fault has been identified and verified, ozsupplycentre.com.au will authorize a replacement or full refund to you, as the case may be. Refund will be via the original payment method.

We urge you to use a reliable delivery service that provides proof of delivery along with insurance for lost or damaged goods, as returns are NOT our responsibility until we receive the goods.


Return & Refund Policy


28 DAYS RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item within 28 days of purchase if the item is unused. Products should be returned with the original tags still attached, along with the original packaging and the customer copy/receipt denoting proof of payment within 28 days of the invoice date. 

If the return results from our error, we will post the correct item for free, and the customer is not required to return the item immediately. However, the customer must provide photographic evidence of the incorrect item being sent. In such cases, when we ship the correct products, we shall arrange to pick up the wrong product delivered earlier. 

All merchandise to be returned must remain unused. Any products returned with indications of being used or damaged, e.g., damaged original retail packaging or original factory seal tampered due to mishandling/misuse while in the customer’s possession, will not be accepted for Refund/ Return.


What if your order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives in damaged condition, contact us at sales@ozsupplycentrecom.au. We will send out a replacement as soon as we receive your mail at the earliest and pick-up the damaged goods received by you. We apologize in advance for your inconvenience.


Do we charge a restocking fee?

If the return results from an incorrect purchase, incompatible device, or faulty installation, we require a $10 per item restocking fee. Alternatively, we can offer a discount on the correct item with no return required.


Do we pay for your return shipping?

We do not pay for your return shipping cost. We will only arrange or reimburse for return postage for the incorrect item sent by us. 

Usually, you should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 working days from the date we receive your ‘return package’; however, you may receive a refund sooner in many cases.
